Scheduled online personal session

You receive an email invitation for a free 30-min Online Personal Session when you buy through the Apple Store or Apple Online Store. If you bought a Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, or iPhone via the online store, you can go to your account which can be accessed by click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of www.apple.com and when you enter your account and select the device you bought, there's a link to schedule a session. And if you bought AppleCare+, you have access to software help with native Apple apps like Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iCal, Mail, etc...)
