Upgrading to the new Mac OS
Good afternoon,
I'm trying to upgrade and they are asking me to sign in as Admin but I have no clue what the password would be. How do I handle this situation?
Thank you.

You are going to need to explain further. What is asking you to sign in as Admin?
Admin would be the Admin name listed as such in System Preferences > Users & Groups.
Your signature lists you as using macOS 11.3 which hasn't been released yet. Are you running a beta?

Just to be clear, you won't be able to install a release version of Big Sur older than the beta version. You have to wait until 11.3 is released.
