I was charged for an app that I cancelled immediately

I downloaded an app in error and cancelled immediately. Today I was charged for the app. $90. How do I get the charge reversed?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
