How to edit incorrect weight data

Thanks for the response. Your procedure didn't exactly work for me, but it did lead me to the solution.

iPhone Xs Max, iOs 14.4.1

Health (Summary Tab) > Show All Health Data > Weight > (Under Options) Show All Data > (List of weight entries) Edit > highlight bad entry (note time and date if correct weight is to be reentered later) > DELETE

On your iPhone, tap:

Health > Health Data > Body Measurements > Weight

Then the + sign in the upper right corner and edit your weight.

Note: You might have given an app the permission to overwrite this data. In the home screen of the Health app tap Sources at the bottom and see what other apps can be used as inputs.
