Just bought a new iPhone 11 yesterday and can't sync with my stereo speakers (Yamaha). Yamaha is "looking" but not finding the phone. I was able to sync with my mini Bose speaker this morning although it took a long time. I've turned bluetooth off and on multiple times, even turned the whole phone off, but no cigar. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing you mean "pairing" as nothing syncs to speakers.
I'd suggest trying it from the iPhone side. Put the speakers into pairing mode according to the manufacturer's directions. Follow these directions:

Depending on how many times the speakers have been paired to other devices, they may need to be reset, again, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
