I misplaced my AirPods pro and would like to know if the Apple care covers lost?

Yes, Apple replaces lost or damaged units up to two times a year, but it depends on wether or not you have AppleCare+. If so, you can file a claim at https://support.apple.com/iphone/theft-loss-claims.

If not, unfortunately you have to buy a whole new unit. If it helps, Amazon is selling AirPods Pro for $50 off at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZPC9QD4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DBSDA7E0RBSEPDQ5JMHY.
