Need to sign in to Apple ID

I have had to creat a new Apple ID eh I h I can’t properly access! I made the mistake of signing out of my old Apple ID

my password was saved on that ID I now have no way of signing in. I have contacted your company for help and have received a message saying someone will be in contact within the next 20 hours. I need too access my account ASAP can someone please help me all I need to do is reset the password so I can access it again
