Hi Larry_72,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're receiving a Nokia certificate error, and we'd like to help. Are you running the latest version of iOS, 14.4.1? If so, let's try these steps:

1. In Settings > Wi-Fi, if any open/public hotspots are listed in My Networks, tap the blue "i" icon and Forget This Network.

2. In Settings > Wi-Fi, confirm Ask to Join Networks is set to Notify.

3. In Settings > Wi-Fi, confirm Auto-Join Hotspot is set to Ask to Join or Never.

4. If the issue persists, reset network settings to remove all known networks from the iOS device, then test again.

Let us know if the issue persists after doing so.
