I buy a 20w adapter from Dubai. Ihave a bill of that adapter .in Patiala 147001punjab,India . I got a problem after 1month . Unicorn care check that adapter and says all are orignal but we have no technician to solve that problem.

Tell i have to go dubai for settle my problem?
