Hi, switching languages using Smart Keyboard for IPad 7th Gen

Hi, i am experiencing the some kind of bug with my iPad Smart Keyboard. Whenever i switch the language using caps lock on the screen it shows that the language changed but actually it does not switch. Not sure when the problem occurred, presumably after the update. But its a irritating.

If you go to settings > general > keyboard >hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge, what do you have checked for both English and Russian? If either is "automatic", change the to US (for English) and Russian (for Russian) and see if that helps.
