iCloud backing up is taking lot of time

iCloud backing up is taking lot of time even though i am connected to strong wifi network, backup data size is around 500mb. This started recently from last one week. Any solutions/suggestions please

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Upload speed is usually one third of download speed.

Using a computer is 100 times faster than iCloud.
