How to reinstall the software all? For my new macbook?

If you're asking about iTunes see What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support. Other apps that you had on your old computer will need to be reinstalled from the apps store or their respective websites. New Mac don't support 32-bit apps, so you may find some older apps no longer work.
