Good afternoon! My name is Warren Laird. I cancelled some subscriptions that were being billed to my AmEx a week or so ago. In that process, I had totally forgotten that my best friend, Chris Pass, had some subscriptions that were billed to my AmEx.

Good afternoon! I cancelled some subscriptions that were being billed to my AmEx a week or so ago. In that process, I had totally forgotten that my best friend had some subscriptions that were billed to my AmEx as well. His charges were reported as fraudulent. AS a result, his ITunes Store account has been disabled and he can't pay his bill for his Apple phone. How do we reverse this?

Hello Mtroyal,

It sounds like your friends account has been disabled in iTunes and the App Store. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.

Let's have your friend review this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

This will require him to reach out to Apple directly.

Cheers!
