Won’t let me sign into Apple ID to get apps

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.      

If necessary

Hard reset.        

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

Seems it’s in a loop. So, try manual restarting your iPhone to clear Caches that my be getting in the way here.

***Try Manually Restarting your iPhone:

1. Go To: Settings
2. Select: General
3. Scroll to: the Very Bottom
4. Select: Shut Down
5. Slide Finger: to the Right
6. Wait: 30 Seconds
7. Power One: the iPhone
8. Try this Once More
