As I know WhatsApp application cannot be installed and used in iPads individually because iPad works as a computer and we have to use WhatsApp web in iPad while we should be connected to WhatsApp in other phone cell like iPhone at the same time!
I want to know if WhatsApp application can be installed on ipad Cellular which has sim card and works individually i.e. without any other smartphone simultaneously.

The WhatApp developers have not released an App compatible with any model of iPad.
Availability of the WhatsApp App for Apple devices is currently limited to iPhone.
