As long as it is Not malfunctioning, Any USB-A power brick or USB-A port can be used to provide 5v power to the Apple Watch magnetic charging disk.

All USB-A ports provide the standard 5v (again as long as it is not malfunctioning), and generally enough miliwatts to charge your Apple Watch. The Apple Watch will not consume more miliwatts of power than it is capable, so a larger miliwatt charger does not matter, the Apple Watch will only drink what it needs.
