Permanently remove a device from your account page
What happens to a permanently deleted device when it signs back into the account? Why don't you see it although it has signed in?

This doesn't explain why when you delete a device it doesn't show up again nor how to get it show up again. Please help.
Did you look at the Add section? That explains how to get it to show up again.
