Double charge with no subscription

I thought if you canceled a subscription Apple doesn’t charge your card it took 31$ from me the other day then charged me the same $12.99 and $19.99 charges even after I canceled all subscriptions and took of my cards it’s doesn’t say what for and my purchase history doesn’t show anything can anyone help me?
