Scribble not working on Word documents

I have Scribble toggled on in Apple Pencil in settings. I try to use Apple Pencil to enter text in my saved Word document; Apple Pencil writes in my handwriting but does not convert to text. Need help to figure out how get the convert to text work. Thanks

using scribble with Notes app is too unpredictable. Has anybody figured out or found a reliable way to use scribble or the Apple pencil? 1) in the notes app the Apple Pencil randomly decides to start a new paragraph in the middle of a sentence. And there is no way to bring the cursor back to a previous line without opening the keyboard. 2) there is no way to start a new line, while writing this post. 3) placing the cursor in a specific location, is no guarantee scribble will continue from that specific location.

Scribble feature for Pencil doesn’t work any longer in Note Feature no longer works—doesn’t convert to typed text. Immediately a popup for markup which let’s you select type of drawing and use Pencil but this is not the Scribble feature “Use Apple Pencil to handwrite in any text area to convert it into type.” Only option is to use in Markup / as a Drawing. Works in Reminder and actually here. iPadIOS 15.2

Scribble Feature Does Not Work I want to type with my Apple Pencil 2 by drawing where I can type. I’ve heard that “Scribble” setting can enable it. At “Settings - Apple Pencil” There is no “Scribble” Setting. So how can I type by drawing with my Apple Pencil? (For example on Safari Website Search Box. I click on the Search Box with Apple Pencil 2 and draw but It does not write or mark anything???)
