How do I change the name my Apple Watch started calling me?
On your iPhone you can try tapping:
Watch > My Watch > General > About > Name
and change the name.

Check the name in the following places;
On the phone,tap on the phone app, then tap on contacts and tap on
YOUR contact name,tap on top right hand corner to edit the name.
On the phone in Settings/general/about

sure your name is listed here
In General, tap on Apple ID to ensure your Apple ID is signed in
In the health app,tap profile picture top right then tap on health
details,check your name here.
