How do I restore messages only? My backup was over a week ago so I’m afraid if I restore my whole phone from that day I’ll lose all my pictures.

Is there an app I can download and upload my pictures to it without having to worry about them being deleted and then restore my phone? That’s the main thing that I’m worried about losing is my pictures. I haven’t changed any settings
You either restore all or nothing from your backup.
My messages was deleted and I want to restore just my messages only. Is there a way to do that without messing with my pictures. My last backup was over a week ago
