How to find Smart Uninstaller on a Mac running10.14.6

When I delete something I see a message (too briefly to respond) from Smart Uninstaller asking me if I want to do something but it disappears faster than I can do anything about it. Supposedly I can go to Finder and click on Applications/Smart Technologies which does not exist to find this elusive software.

Does anyone have a clue whether any of this makes sense in Mojave?

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Actually, this has nothing to do with MacKeeper. When emptying the trash there is a momentary small window identified as Smart Uninstaller asking (and this is a momentary thing) if it should be allowed to remove other parts of the deleted item (I think). It is not there long enough for me to respond. In looking for an answer to this dilemma I believe this issue was obfuscated by something Apple did in Mojave to hide Smart Technologies from the user or possibly make it harder to access.
