Apple care plus
After purchasing AppleCare plus Theft and Loss, am I able to change to apple care plus without theft and loss?

You best check with Apple; we are all other users here and although I have looked at all the available documentation, I could not find any mention of such a possibility. I know you could probably cancel one, but I do not know if you can then buy a different coverage.
Call Applecare at 800-275-2273 and ask to be transferred to the Applecare division.
