Full storage message on apple watch

I have reset my apple watch to factory settings several times, also I have re-sync data and about 30 minutes later the message appears again; I don't have any music nor photos and yet something is being copied via sync process that utilizes all 4GB of storage.

also it's important to mention that when I setup this same watch on another iPhone it does not present the same problem. I have research a lot about this with no success... I hope someone here can help.
