True tone

To help with isolating the issue, we'd like to have you complete steps to restore your iPhone X and set it up as new. To ensure that the data stored on your iPhone is safe, please create a backup via iCloud or using a computer.

Once you've confirmed that your data is backed up, complete steps under the "Restore your device to factory settings" section of this link: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

After restoring, as mentioned, you'll want to set up the device without restoring the backup you created, then check for to see if the option to enable True Tone is available.
