Hi, I have a repaired or replaced HomePod Minnie. My original Minnie would not connect to my Wi-Fi. I am having the same problem with the new mini that they sent me. What do I do?

I have a HomePod Mini that I keep getting an error that says it won’t connect to my Wi-Fi. This is the second Mini I have had this problem with. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is your Wi-Fi set up with WPA/WPA2 and with any client isolation feature turned off? See If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support. Note that:

  • HomePod doesn't support public or subscription networks with sign-in requirements. These networks are often in places such as businesses, schools, dorms, apartments, hotels and shops.
