The information is correct, both cards I am trying to add are valid but it won’t let me add anything. I signed out of Apple ID and tried again, still doesn’t work
This happens a lot with users. And I tell them the same thing, delete the cards and start from the beginning. Delete them and re-enter card details again. That works.
