phone locked out dont know 4 digit code

how can i get into my phone? i forgot the 4 digit code and now im locked out. if i try again it will tell me to connect to itunes and i dont have that.

if you don't know your iPhone passcode, you will need a computer with iTunes (or a newer Mac) to get in again

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
