Verification Required
any time I try to download an app I get a pop up that says verification required but when I push on the billing information and confirm it pups back up again and it never stops, how do I fix this?

1st, try a different wifi network; office, friend, library, coffeeshop.
If that doesn't help, speak directly to Apple to confirm that there isn't an issue with your payment method.
