I have a problem with my Iphone 11 pro max, because my memory is full.
When i check iphone storage on my phone, i see that most of my memory is OTHER?
Other is using 33,14 GB on my phone?
Can you help me? how can i manage OTHER?
i already cleaned web history....

If your profile line is correct, you are running iOS 14, so you are well past installing iOS 13. Another suggestion is to backup, restore to factory settings and then restore the backup.
Back up iPhone - Apple Support
Erase iPhone - Apple Support (restore to factory settings)
Restore all content to iPhone from a backup - Apple Support (restore backup)
