some apps are not really working on apple watch

SE Hi guys, I bought an apple watch SE and found out that spotify or youtube music or telegram are not working on apple watch. it's keep loading and very buggy. I did everything i could google. Does anyone know how to?

I can't download apps on my apple watch Whenever I try to download an app on my apple watch se - it just loads and loads and loads, never downloading, it never allows me to confirm the download like it does on my iphone. I can't seem to find a fix, has this happened to anyone else?
