I have been unable to reset my Rosetta Stone App after having my computer upgraded. I am not computer savvy. Please help. Thank you

What OS did you upgrade your mac to and from which OS,

before you upgraded did you check if your Rosetta Stone app

would still work with the new OS, this is something you should

always do for all third party apps before upgrading the OS on your mac.

It may be that the version of Rosetta Stone cannot be used in the new OS

and you have to update it, this may be free or you may have to purchase it again.
