I accidentally clicked on a suspicious link

So I accidentally clicked on a link that a random email sent to a sms text group with 20 other random Emails in it and with my phone number included for some reason I didn’t give it any information or anything I closed out Almost instantly but I don’t know if any spy ware was put on my device should I be worried?
