my new iphone 12 pro max takes very long to charge to 100 percent

when charged to 95 percent it takes very long for every percentage being charge after that. about 15 mins for 1 percent increase

iPhone 12 Pro Max- 95% Slow Charging Issue I have been using iPhone 12 Pro Max for a week and noticed that whenever charging percent hits 95 then it takes 30 minutes to reaches 100%. Furthermore, please advise how long does iPhone 12 Pro Max take to get fully charged from 0% to 100%. P.S: Brand New IPhone and Using Apple 20W Charger.
