Help. My Apple TV won’t connect

i have unplugged it several times and I still can’t get it to connect. Screen is only flashing “no signal”

If this is an Apple TV HD or 4K model you need to take it to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to have it reset for you, these models cannot be done by the end users. If you have an Apple TV 3 or earlier please follow the steps in Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings
