account disabled in app store and itunes

for some reason when I try to install an app, it says my accounts been disabled in app store & itunes , how do I fix this?

Wondering if you have logged into your Apple ID account to see if everything is in order ?

(For example : has your credit card expired ?)


Apple has support pages that may help.


If your Apple ID has been locked or disabled:

How to change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods:
