How do I check the spam mail on my iPhone 11?

Are you sure you are not seeing any folders titles as "Junk" or "Spam" ?

Open The Mail app and tap on MAILBOXES. You should see a folder marked as "Junk". See image below-

Do you have a junk mail folder?

the spam folder is named 'junk mail' on the mail app.

if you scroll down on the mailboxes page you should see an option of navigate to 'Junk'
