Battery health
The battery health if my Iphone 11 pro max is already 91% after 1 year and 2 months of usage. Do I need to replace it? If not, up to what health percentage for it to be candidate for replacemenr.

Replace at about 80% - around 2 years old maybe.
You have obviously treated the phone well to only lose 9% after 14 months
Always have Apple or Apple Store replace the battery at $49 or equivalent.
