How do I add funds from mitibank checking account? I don’t want to add my debit card as it’s an Australian Citibank Account and my Apple Store is the United States store?

Hi,

I want to know how I am suppose to add funds from my bank to my Apple Cash account. All my US bank check Accounts have currently been suspended for suspicious activity and I need to wait to them to investigate before I can add them to my payment methods. The US Apple store doesn’t accept any foreign based debit or credit cards. Therefore my American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit Cards don’t validate with purchase on the US Apple store! Because I use Citibank which offers free financial transfers between Australia I would like to add my iCloud email to my payees via the instant transfer feature. Is this or anything else that will allow any of my non-US accounts to find my Apple store purchases??
