The last couple of days I haven’t been able to see my friends activity through my watch, I can see it on the app on my phone though! Also did a workout this morning and it hasn’t logged it on my watch as a workout!
i have tried signing out of my iCloud and back in and also tried airplane mode etc,
Any help would really be appreciated,

Sounds like you're having issue with your Apple Watch syncing workouts with your iPhone. We'll be happy to help out.
Great job with the steps taken to this point, but we'd suggest restarting both your Apple Watch and iPhone next and test things out further. If the issue persists, unpair your watch from your iPhone and set it back up again using the steps in these resources:
