Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store

I have been having this issue of this apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store, please help me resolve this problem .

We understand that you’re having an issue with your Apple ID when trying to use it in the iTunes Store, and we’d love to help. First, we’d like to verify that you’re signed in with your Apple ID as shown here: Sign in with your Apple ID



If you continue to experience the same behavior, go to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID credentials. Verify that your billing address and payment information is correct.
