macOS Big Sur, after pausing audio still continues for a bit
When I pause any video on my mac, the audio still continues for a bit and then stops.
How do I make the audio stop at the same time as the video?
Mac mini, macOS 11.1

Try updating your software the current macOS is 11.2.3
Video where?
One video in particular or Universal?
Try a different browser.
Try a different video.
Try a different application to run the video.
To trouble shoot further you can:
—Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test as caches get rebuilt.
In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc hampering smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.
This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204443
This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

I did first aid to my disk.
That solved the problem.
Universally my video is behaving like that.
I didn't update to macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 because I heard it had some issues.
I don't have any third party Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus.
The problem is back. What do I do?
