Where did you get a "new" XS Max?
They've been discontinued since September of 2019.
Apple doesn't sell them any more. It shouldn't be possible to buy a "new" XS Max.
i got it from one of mobile stores
,so there is no solve for such a problem ?
It may have a low battery. Charge it for an hour.
That may be Night Shift enabled, check that.
Or battery issues.
