Apple Music Student Subscription

Hello.

I am trying to set up a student apple music account for my girlfriend but her univercity is not listed on the list of univercities. Her univercity name is: Latvian University in Riga Medical College. I try to write her latvian univerity e-mail, but i have not recieved confirmation yet.

I hope that you can help me with this problem.
