When i run the bootcamp assistant on a 27 inch Mc (end 2012) 3Tb fusion drive it gives the error...

New installations of windows are not supported on the iMac13,2 with a HD of 3Tb. and then can only click OK

This is a known issue with 3TB Fusion drives and a 2012 iMac. See If you see the alert 'Installation cannot proceed with Boot Camp configured' - Apple Support for reference. If you need to install Windows on this iMac, you will need to use macOS High Sierra or older and a W10 1903 or older ISO.

I must say I have the fusion drive split (SSD = 128GB / HDD 2TB) and, at most of the crashes, I didn't run something CPU / GPU / RAM intensive. I tried reinstalling MacOS but nothing changed. Should I downgrade the MacOS, rebuild the fusion drive or it's something else (maybe hardware bound)? I attach the last crash report.
