Hi. How do I unpair my Apple Watch if I don't have the iPhone?

hi. i want to reset my apple watch which is paired with my wife's user id.

unfortunately, i do not have access to her phone or her apple id password.

Is there a way you could unlock the activation lock so that i can pair it with my user id.

I am the owner of the watch and to prove it sharing the copy of the invoice.
