Why does my Apple Watch 5, wants to stop the training during my training while my hart ritme is +140bpm?

While I am exercising and my apple watch is set for the exercise that I do (indoor cycling Taxc and Swift) my apple watch asks if I have stopped exercising. This is undesirable
That’s what I do during every training. Is there no permanent solution?
That is the permanent solution,once you turn this off it shouldn't turn on again unless you turn it on.
