Cannot download apps. Sends me to confirm billing address and I approve and then kicks me back to do again, and again, and again. Not sure what else they need!

Needs verification of billing address and password. I input and confirm and sends me back to confirm billing address in endless cycle.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.
