Apple mail reply all not working.

Reply all is no longer replying to all when the message has a reply to address. Gmail and ios mail both work as expected.

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

I believe this is a bug in the apple mail client. The email send fine and I can manually include the recipients that should be automatically included by the reply all action.

Take a look at this test email:

Hitting reply all should create a reply with two recipients

As you can see it only includes the one recipient

On iOS 14 it works as expected. Here is the same email.

And reply all works as expected. There are two recipients.

It also works as expected in the gmail client.

So I would say this is a bug in the apple mail client.
