If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

I am a bit surprised they gave you some warning because it used to be if you canceled then that was pretty much it. Everything involved in the subscription was gone for good: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html --> "When your Paid Subscription to any Service ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."
